The MultiPlus-II 48/15000/200-100 integrates the capabilities of both the MultiPlus and MultiGrid, offering enhanced features for energy management. This unit includes all the benefits of the MultiPlus, such as the PowerControl and PowerAssist functions. These features work together with an external current transformer (with a maximum of 32A) to optimize power usage and self-consumption by dynamically managing AC power sources, including generators or shore power.

Moreover, it also includes the complete suite of functions from the MultiGrid, such as anti-islanding protection, and is approved in a growing number of countries.

Key Features:

• PowerAssist: The MultiPlus-II ensures that limited AC sources, like a generator or shore power connection, are not overloaded. If an overload is imminent, it reduces the battery charging rate to prevent this. Additionally, it can pull extra power from the battery to boost the output of the AC source when needed, ensuring that the supply can continue to meet demand.
• Energy Storage Systems (ESS): The MultiPlus-II is a central component in Victron’s Energy Storage Systems (ESS). It seamlessly integrates with MPPT Solar Chargers and Grid-tie PV Inverters, providing flexible and reliable energy storage solutions. For more detailed setup, refer to the ESS manual.
• UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply): The inverter automatically activates within less than 20 milliseconds in the event of a grid failure or disconnection of shore/generator power, ensuring that connected devices (e.g., computers) continue to operate without disruption.
• Remote Monitoring and Control: The MultiPlus-II can be controlled and monitored locally through a Cerbo GX connected via LAN or remotely through the internet. You can access it anywhere using the free VRM app and portal, compatible with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and PCs. Furthermore, with Bluetooth capability, direct control can be managed via the VictronConnect app, or you can use the separate GX Touch or MFD for more detailed access.
