Oceanflex Single Core Tinned Thin Wall Cable in Black – 6.0mm/10 AWG

Oceanflex 6.0mm² high temperature thin wall marine grade cable with tinned copper conductors, particularly suited to marine and other environments where copper corrosion is a problem.

This cable has the same specification as our plain copper thin wall cable, except that the copper conductors have been coated with tin for corrosion resistance. Thin Wall insulation provides significant weight and volume savings, particularly in large wiring harnesses, and the hard grade insulation provides good protection against abrasion damage and cut-through. It has good resistance to fuels (petrol & diesel), oils and dilute acids and a very high resistance to moisture.

Tinned copper single core cable. From the Oceanflex range by Automarine which are manufactured to ISO 6722-1:2011 (class b) 105 degrees C. Tinned Copper Conductors, PVC insulation which saves weight and offers good resistance to abrasion and cut through. Is suitable for both 12v and 24v systems (maximum 60v) The Oceanflex range of Tinned Cables offers excellent resistance to petrol, diesel, lubricating oils and diluted acid, as well as offering very good resistance to moisture. Cable is supplied printed with the specification on the insulation. All cables are manufactured in the UK.
