The Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC charger is a professional-grade adaptive 3-stage DC-to-DC charger with integrated Bluetooth technology. It is designed for use in dual battery systems in vehicles and boats, utilizing the smart alternator and start battery to charge the service battery. The device can be monitored, programmed, and updated via Bluetooth, and it offers remote on/off control with an engine running detection feature.

This charger is suitable for both 12V and 24V systems and works with both lead-acid and lithium batteries. Available in models up to 400W, it allows for parallel connection of multiple units to increase output power. The charger is rated for high temperatures, operating up to 55°C with full output at 40°C.

• Bluetooth Smart Enabled: Monitor, adjust settings, and update software via Bluetooth using any compatible device such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Fully Programmable: Customize the charging algorithm or set a fixed output voltage. Includes smart alternator compatibility with engine running detection.
• Adaptive 3-Stage Charging: Features bulk, absorption, and float stages for lead-acid batteries. For lithium batteries, the absorption time is fixed (default 2 hours). Alternatively, you can choose a fixed output voltage.
• Remote On/Off: Connect a remote switch or relay for on/off control. The charger can be activated by switching the appropriate terminal to battery plus or minus.
• Parallel Connection: Multiple units can be connected in parallel to increase output power. Each model is short-circuit proof.
• High Temperature Protection: The output current automatically reduces at high temperatures to prevent damage, ensuring reliable performance.
• IP43 Protection: Offers protection when installed with screw terminals facing downwards.
• Easy Installation: Screw terminals allow for easy installation without special tools. An input fuse is included but is not replaceable.
