Introducing the HRDi Charge Controller, Marlec’s latest wind and solar regulator, building upon the success of the HRDX controller. This advanced controller offers Charge Control and Power Splitting functionalities for off-grid systems with two independent batteries, catering to needs such as the cranking battery and leisure battery on a boat.
Designed to meet the increasing power demands, the HRDi features a contemporary design and includes a convenient digital display. This display provides valuable information, showing the amount of generated free power and the battery state of charge.
Compatible with Rutland 504, 914i, or FM910-4 Windchargers, as well as up to 160W of solar panels, the HRDi Charge Controller ensures efficient and reliable power management for various applications.

HRDi Installation Notes: 1. Solar panels must be fitted with diodes 2. Batteries must be connected first for auto voltage detection and setting 3. Care should be taken when connecting the HRDi, as with all electrical devices, reverse polarity connection will cause damage to the HRDi
Upgrading your turbine? If you currently have an HRDi controller, it should be a Rev 2 model to be compatible with the latest turbine. Check the label on the reverse of the device.
